  with music and tons of fun\, with incredible raffle prizes as well as ama
 zing prizes for the winning golfers.\n\nDenton High School Family Assistan
 ce Foundation (“Denton High Cares”) is proud to present the Fifth Annual C
 arrico/Collins Memorial Golf Classic\, honoring the memories of these grea
 t men\, together\, just as they were so often linked in life.\n\n\nAbout t
 he Coach Carrico & Coach Collins: \nCoach Bill Carrico and Coach C.H. Coll
 ins are remembered by generations of Denton Broncos as two of the individu
 als who were most instrumental in leading the successful integration of De
 nton High School in 1968. They set an example for the community in buildin
 g a friendship that strengthened to brotherhood as they led Denton High Sc
 hool’s most successful football team in 43 years\, which won the bi-distri
 ct championship in 1972. After football\, they became successful and belov
 ed school administrators until their retirements: Coach Carrico as Denton 
 ISD Athletic Director and Coach Collins as Denton High School Dean of Men.
  Separately\, they are memorialized by the beautiful Denton ISD athletic f
