Welcome to the official website of the Denton High School Family Assistance Foundation, a Section 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to the mission of providing financial assistance to current and former Denton High School students, faculty, and staff and their families in times of medical or other crises. Sometimes, we just need a friend or a group of friends to make everything OK again. We are Denton Broncos and we will not stand by while one of our own needs a hand. Explore our site to learn about who we are, upcoming events, and how you can get involved. And if you need our help, you can apply for a grant. It's all inside.

The City of Denton will be celebrating its 47th Annual Juneteenth Celebration this year! The Denton Juneteenth Celebration Committee serves as a non-profit volunteer group whose mission is to actively preserve and promote the broad spectrum of African American heritage through educational and cultural activities that benefits the City of Denton community. The Committee is planning various events and activities for the whole family for June 16th - 17th at Fred Moore Park. This year's attendance is expected to reach 5,000, with people coming from throughout the community and surrounding areas.
Denton High Cares will have a booth at the park on Friday evening, June 16, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Come by and to meet us and hear about what we are doing to help the Denton High School Family!
We will also participate in the parade on Saturday morning, June 17, at 9:00 a.m., starting at the Civic Center and ending at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Recreation Center. Look for us and give us a shout as we pass by!
Don't miss out, hope to see you there!
